When do I send my invoice?

    After you have completed the Weekly Reflection document in the Google Drive. You can include multiple weeks in one invoice if you prefer.

    What do I include on my invoice?

    Please remember to include the number of the session you are invoicing for (out of 16) in the description and also remember to include your ABN on the invoice if applicable. See the example table below (and feel free to copy it).

    Where do I send my invoice?

    Please send your invoice to Emily (the Creative Learning Coordinator) at emily@scribblersfestival.com.au and cc in Karen (the Accounts Coordinator) at accounts@form.net.au. Emily will read through your weekly reflection in the Google Drive before approving the invoice for payment.

    How long will it take for me to be paid?

    You will receive payment 30 days after the invoice has been approved, our accounts team generally processes payments on a Friday. If you need a one-off invoice to be paid sooner please let us know and we will do our best.
