Photos, Social Media Cheat Sheet, and Calendar

Hi Creatives,

I hope this email finds you well.

Term Plans:
Just a few things from me. If all term plans could be finalised in your Google Drive folder by Thursday 15/5 please so that I can review them and get back to you with feedback. Happy for you to book in a convenient time us to talk through your term plans and the ideas that are unfolding.

Contracts:
Also there are still a few contracts outstanding. Kindly sign and return them to me by the 15/5 please.

Photos:
Just flagging that as part of our contract with the Dept Education we are not allowed to use any identifiable images of Department of Education staff or students for promotional or publicity purposes. Please ensure that no faces or uniforms are shown in the photos that you take whilst documenting your Creative Schools projects. Kindly just take photos of back of heads, hands etc when photographing your workshops.

You will see that Emily has added a photo folder to your Google Drive folder (thanks Emily). If high-res photos from your sessions could be dropped into your folders after each workshop. At the end of the program I will get you to write a project blog for the Creative Schools website. With this in mind you may like to think about capturing images that best capture your project as a whole as we get closer to the end of the projects. Social Media Cheat Sheet:
Aimee Ko our Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist at FORM has provided a 2025 cheat sheet relating to celebrating the work we are doing in the Creative Schools program via social media. Emily will attach it to Engagement HQ (Thanks Em). [In the top right under the Google Drive links]

Creative Schools calendar:
Please add your session dates/times to the calendar so that I can start planning my visits. I will add a red VB next to your session and I'll email you and the teacher before I come. Please do email me if you have an exciting sessions that you would like me to come along to. There are 26 projects in the program this year, I'll do my best to get to as many of the projects as I can. I'll start by visiting new Creative Practitioners and new schools to the program.
Danielle Costley our FORM Marketing & Communications Officer is looking for project good news stories to share so let me know if you would like me to bring Danielle along to feature your CS session.
